Customer Service Representative with Bulgarian Language Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in Bulgaria.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries in Bulgarian language.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Bulgarian language proficiency at a minimum B2+ level.
- English language proficiency at minimum B1 level.
- Availability to work night hours.
- Civil contract, rate: 48 PLN gross/hour.
