Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries in Bulgarian language.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bulgarian language proficiency at a minimum B2+ level.
  • English language proficiency at minimum B1 level.
  • Availability to work night hours.
