Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English to support our customers with inquiries and issues related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Process transactions and queries in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, implementing improvements to our processes and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with SAP software is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
