What will you do?

We are rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced Executive Sales Manager to drive our growth in the Polish market. This role will focus on strengthening our presence in the banking and financial services sectors. If you're a results-oriented sales professional with expertise in digital transformation and a passion for building relationships, we'd love to hear from you

This role requires team meetings in Warsaw at least once every two weeks.
 

Your skills

  • 10 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in the banking and financial services sector 
  • Proven network of contacts within the Polish banking industry 
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives 
  • Extensive knowledge of the financial sector and its regulatory environment  
  • Familiarity with the financial technology solutions   
  • Demonstrated success in selling solutions related to cloud migration, digital transformation, or similar fields. 
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and impactful manner 
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills 
  • Willingness to travel regularly for face-to-face client meetings
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required
