Customer Experience Manager @ DNA325

- You help customers and patients with their questions and with a medical product
- You answer emails, reviews and reports in Zendesk
- You analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements
- You work creatively on growth projects and ideas by participating in workshops and task forces on topics related to marketing, customer loyalty and product improvements
- You work independently, learn quickly and enjoy learning new things
- You are open to new topics and like to think outside the box
- You have some experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools
- You have some experience in customer service
- You are empathetic, love helping people and have good organizational skills
- Your way of working is fast, structured and you like to find solutions
- You are Fluent in German and English (other languages are a plus)
Our client is one of the leading companies for cognitive health with over 25 million users. How can they use digital neurological apps to help people stay mentally fit or get fitter faster? Can they slow down the mental ageing process? How does multimodal cognitive training affect the well-being of patients? Our client is addressing these questions and is looking for you to join their Customer Success Team.
Awarded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the Ministry of Health, their mission is to adapt proven methods of science and practice to the needs of today.
It is the first health application (DiGA) that is reimbursed by all health insurance companies and can therefore help around 3.7 million people with cognitive impairments as an app on prescription.
