About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Optimizer to join our team at Reedsy. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, optimizing conversion rates, and providing top-notch support to authors and publishing professionals.

Job Description

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Offering personalized support to our users through various channels
  • Reviewing projects submitted on our platform to ensure high-quality output
  • Buidling customer funnels to reactivate users and introduce them to our features
  • Maintaining and updating our FAQ section based on user feedback
  • Suggesting product enhancements to improve user experience

You will also contribute to maintaining an excellent Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 86 by staying attuned to user needs and preferences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer support, preferably with experience in automation
  • A deep understanding of onboarding and conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Native-level English language proficiency
  • Availability to work every other weekend

Bonus points if you have previous experience working in a creative industry or speaking multiple languages
