Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment, particularly in lead generation or sales development roles.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

Knowledge / Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, including proficient lead management and pipeline tracking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with prospects effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, consistently striving to achieve and exceed set targets.
  • Advanced English proficiency at the C1 level, both in written and spoken communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools like Apollo or similar software.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our team remotely.

This position allows for remote work flexibility within the CET time zone, promoting a healthy work-life balance and aligning with our team's operational hours and client base. You'll also have the opportunity for occasional travel to industry conferences and events, mainly across Europe, and visit our office in Wrocław one or two times a quarter.
