We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our expansion efforts in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our sales strategy and driving revenue growth in this strategic market.
About the Role:
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets. This includes building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating high-value deals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in Poland
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Negotiate and close high-value deals and contracts
- Create regular sales reports and performance indicators for management staff
- Ensure accurate data entry into our CRM system
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in international markets. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
