We are looking for a dedicated customer support specialist to provide excellent service to our client customers. Our client product is European manufacturer of natural health and beauty products, founded in 2016 by a couple who changed their lifestyle due to health issues. The company specializes in producing dietary supplements, superfoods, teas, and natural cosmetics. Products are PETA-certified, have vegan formulas and undergo independent laboratory testing. Socially responsible business focused on sustainable development and charity.

We offer:

  • Probationary period: 2 months
  • Working hours schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EU time zone)
  • Training: 1-2 weeks
  • 18 days of paid vacation and paid sick days
