Customer support representative

Requirements:
- Good German speaker with excellent command of English.
- Strong empathy and communication skills.
- Availability for training starting 1-2 weeks before the launch date.
- Empathetic and ability to deal with a sensitive condition in a mature, supportive manner.
- Attentive to detail.
- A friendly person with a desire to help people;
- Familiarity with PC to be able to learn a new platform

We are looking for a dedicated customer support specialist to provide excellent service to our client customers. Our client product is European manufacturer of natural health and beauty products, founded in 2016 by a couple who changed their lifestyle due to health issues. The company specializes in producing dietary supplements, superfoods, teas, and natural cosmetics. Products are PETA-certified, have vegan formulas and undergo independent laboratory testing. Socially responsible business focused on sustainable development and charity.
We offer:
- Probationary period: 2 months
- Working hours schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EU time zone)
- Training: 1-2 weeks
- 18 days of paid vacation and paid sick days
- Remote job
