About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior Key Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales expert with a passion for driving business growth, leveraging exceptional customer relationships, and excelling in sales strategy development.

Job Description:

  • Drive Global Leads: Focus on expanding our presence within the German-speaking markets, capitalizing on existing leads, and nurturing new opportunities.
  • Proactive Research & Initiatives: Continuously research and develop innovative strategies to expand the sales funnel, staying ahead of market trends.
  • Presentations & Consultations: Deliver compelling presentations and consultations on our FSM software offerings, effectively communicating value propositions to clients.
  • Qualify Inquiries: Assess the potential of incoming inquiries, identifying high-value opportunities and aligning them with our sales objectives.
  • Craft Proposals & Contracts: Develop tailored proposals and contracts that meet client needs, showcasing our expertise in customized solution development.
  • Nurture Customer Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients through regular communication, understanding their evolving needs, and providing informed guidance on product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Software Sales Experience: Proven track record in selling software solutions, preferably within the field service management sector.
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences and convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Fluent Language Skills: Proficiency in both German and English languages, enabling seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
