Technical Support Representative for API Documentation

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team at Redocly. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers succeed with our products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a collaborative team that is passionate about providing top-notch support to our customers.

About the Role:
In this role, you will provide pre-sale and after-sale support to our customers, including answering questions about our product, its features, and cost, troubleshooting and testing our product, and assisting potential clients with proof of concept. You will also interact with our R&D team on bug fixes and feature requests, and may undertake professional project management services for our clients.
You will be working closely with our sales team to identify potential enterprise customers and help them achieve their goals. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our products and receive the support they need to succeed.
