- Experienced sales leader, with demonstrated experience in B2C sales in the fintech market - 5 years experience is a must
- Self starter and highly motivated - you will act as the GM in Poland, and the first employee.
- Experience with leading B2C sales teams - 2 years
- Accountable for reaching sales targets
- Technical orientation - You will need to explain and even train your customers about the company's platform and solution in the trading sphere.
- Have a fluent Polish and very good English skills, any other language is a plus

About the company:
We are looking for a head of sales to branch in Warsaw for our trading club academy.
We are establishing a sales center in collaboration with TRADE.COM.
Our aim is to provide clients with state art-of tools (elite technology, unique strategies implemented with the technology, mentorship, and strong community. They need to succeed in proprietary trading without risking their own capital, unlike traditional high-risk trading.
About the role:
Sales Channels – Channels of income
Sales will be conducted both on-site (through personal meetings and conferences) and online to reach a broader audience.
Key Objectives
1. Community Building: Foster a strong, supportive community among clients.
2. High-Quality Services: Ensure the delivery of top-notch educational and mentoring services.
3. Long-Term Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, focusing on their long-term success in trading.
4. Make profit with risk capital: Learning efficient - use technology – be part of community learn from each other and get with assistance of professional mentors.
5. Traditional marketing and extra ordinary channels to be viral
