Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Link Group. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our global customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned technical professional to take on a challenging and rewarding position. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions, and communicating with customers in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide top-notch technical support via phone, email, and self-service tickets;
- To troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Active Directory, O365, software installation, printers, and other standard applications;
- To possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively;
- To work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve shared goals and objectives;
- To communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- To stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends;
- To maintain accurate records and reports of technical issues and resolutions;
- To ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-7 years of experience in technical support or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, O365, networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi), and ticketing systems;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English and Czech language (mandatory);
- Nice to have a third language: Spanish, French, Italian, or German.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time remote position, requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. The working hours are based on the GMT time zone, with flexibility to accommodate different locations and languages.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
