API Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced API Technical Support Representative to join our team at Redocly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality products to customers and has experience in Tech Support.
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing pre-sale and after-sale support to our customers. This includes answering questions about our product, its features, and cost, as well as troubleshooting and helping test our product. Additionally, you will assist potential clients with proof of concept and interact with our R&D team on bug fixes and feature requests.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of problem solving, excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset. They will also be familiar with ReactJS and the OpenAPI 3 specification, which are significant advantages in this role.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000-$85,000 per year, based on industry standards and comparable positions in the area.
