Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled IT Support 2nd Line professional to join our team at Devire Outsourcing IT, where we offer long-term contract opportunities for self-employed IT specialists.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate can expect a competitive salary of 4200 - 4620 PLN per month (approximately 90-105 zł/h netto), along with benefits such as multisport card, life insurance, and private medical care.
About the Role
This position involves leading the investigation of multiple Support Tickets and collaborating with colleagues to understand and resolve customer issues. You will prioritize tasks, ensuring that customers receive the necessary support to implement our platform in their environments.
In addition, you will create knowledge articles to enhance our documentation, enabling customers to better understand product use cases. Your innovative approach within the team and with customers will help improve processes and tools.
Requirements
- DevOps expertise
- Experience with REST APIs
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms
- Knowledge of HTTP, Elasticsearch, JVM, Azure, AWS, GCP, MongoDB, and RDBMS
