We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Link Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to perform their jobs effectively.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. You will be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other departments to ensure the continuity of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and update software and computer hardware as needed, ensuring that all equipment is up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical incidents, including causes and resolutions, and provide regular reports to management on system performance and downtime.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services, and communicate technical information to non-technical staff as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite, as well as experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly explain technical information to non-technical staff, and work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • High level of personal culture: Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and excellent time management skills.
Benefits and Salary

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
