Customer Support and Service Representative with Arabic and English Fluency

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients in Arabic and English. This role involves resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, providing explanations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers
- Resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Working with the CRM system to verify and complete client data
- Cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Arabic and English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable
- Competitive salary: 25,000 - 30,000 USD per year
- Full-time employment agreement
