We are seeking a highly skilled Romanian language customer support specialist to join our team at XTB. As a licensed brokerage house in the European Union, we specialize in trading on OTC derivative instruments and require a candidate with excellent communication skills and knowledge of financial markets.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to Romanian clients, resolve issues in a timely manner, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for building positive relationships with customers, providing explanations in relation to customer complaints, and monitoring the situation on financial markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Native or proficiency level of Romanian language required
  • Very good knowledge of English language is a must
  • Higher education (may be IV or V year student)
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable
  • Responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize, and close tasks quickly
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office

Estimated Salary:
