Customer Support Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Czech language expert to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have native-level proficiency in Czech and excellent communication skills in English.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Native-level proficiency in Czech language.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Higher education (current students or recent graduates welcome).
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable).
