German Speaking Customer Service Representative for International Trading Company

We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative German Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team at XTB. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow professionally and develop their skills in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
About the Role- As a Junior German Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing effective and professional customer support in German, handling telephone, email, and chat requests from German-speaking clients.
- Solving problems related to financial transactions and back office operations
- Providing support for other departments
- Maintaining high-quality customer service
You will work closely with multinational units of the company, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This role offers a great learning opportunity, with all the required tools and training to be successful.
Requirements- Fluent German (C1 level) and very good English (B2 level)
