We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team at XTB. As a highly motivated and customer-focused professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.

About the Role

This is a full-time employment opportunity that offers a great learning experience in cooperation with multinational units of the company. You will work in a dynamic team environment, utilizing your strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the situation on financial markets and provide explanations to customers regarding market movements.
  • Work closely with the CRM system to verify and complete client data.
  • Collaborate with external branches and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Native or proficiency level in Romanian language.
  • Very good knowledge of English language.
  • Higher education (IV or V year student).
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Positive attitude.
