Customer Support Specialist with Arabic and English Proficiency

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist with excellent Arabic and English language proficiency to join our team at XTB. As a valued member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
About the Role- Provide explanations in relation to customer complaints via phone or written communication
- Work with the CRM system to verify and complete clients' data
- Cooperate with external XTB branches and internal departments
- Translate information from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English
- Higher education (IV or V year student)
- Background or experience in economics or financial services is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable
- Excellent spoken and written Arabic language skills required
- Proficiency level in English language required
- Responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize, and close tasks quickly
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of financial markets and XTB's core business is an advantage
