As an Administration Specialist with Foreign Language, you will be part of our team supporting the business and providing suggestions to improve processes. Your main responsibilities will include internal multi-functional support, contact with clients regarding orders, invoices, payments, shipments, deliveries, and preparation of electronic documents.
Your daily tasks will require you to work efficiently with MS Office and have excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in English (min. B2 level) is mandatory, while proficiency in one of the following languages: Hungarian, German, Dutch, Romanian, French, Czech, Slovak, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish, is also required.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess very good knowledge of MS Office and excellent organizational abilities.
