About the Job:

This exciting opportunity as a Regional Sales Manager is perfect for someone who is passionate about driving sales growth and expansion. If you have experience in the Security industry, preferably Access Control and Video Solutions, and possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, this could be the role for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the international team of Regional Sales Managers, Technical Sales Engineers, and Business Development Managers to achieve sales objectives.
  • Liaise with key players, including Facility and Security Managers, Architects, Consultants, and General Contractors.
  • Administer sales activities and provide continuous support to partners.

About You:

  • A native Czech/Slovak speaker fluent in English
  • A BSc or MSc in Electrical engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Experience in the Security industry, preferably Access Control and Video Solutions
  • A team player with strong individual achievement skills
  • A hunter personality
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • An analytical mindset and can-do attitude
  • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies
