We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Antal. This role will focus on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, prioritizing existing partnerships, and representing the company professionally in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed new business revenue goals by managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and securing meetings to responding to leads, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Expand relationships with current customers by monitoring their usage and licensing requirements, identifying new business opportunities, and driving cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Development Executive to drive growth and success in our enterprise partnerships. If you have a proven track record of managing key national or international accounts and developing strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers at a senior/board level, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience at a key account or enterprise level, with a proven ability to grow revenue by delivering new business and retaining and growing existing business, ideally in international organisations.
  • Market Knowledge: Previous experience and understanding of the Polish motor insurance market is vital.
  • Languages: Fluency in Polish and English is a must.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career development opportunities in a dynamic and supportive environment.
