  • Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and execution of the outbound strategy, write personalized follow-up sequences for outreach, collaborate with Sales and Marketing to prepare outreach materials, track and report daily activities and results, manage the entire sales cycle, plan and attend relevant industry events, schedule and conduct meetings with clients, conduct research and outreach via LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, industry conference sites, and other resources, establish and secure contracts with new customers, prospect potential customers through direct methods and indirect methods, qualify prospects based on company criteria, consult with prospects on business challenges and requirements, maintain high domain knowledge, present to clients, senior managers, and decision-makers, draft and deliver proposals, collaborate with technical staff and product specialists, develop and maintain plans to meet sales targets, provide sales forecasts and performance reports, offer feedback to improve the sales cycle, enhance brand reputation, and identify opportunities for growth, provide market insights to company management on trends, competitive threats, and customer needs, represent the company positively, conducting all sales activities with professionalism and integrity.
About the Role:

This role requires a strong focus on lead generation, sales, and a similar role with a focus on personalized outreach. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in B2B2C sales within the IT industry, knowledge of CRM systems like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Odoo, and excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a sales team, managing outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other platforms daily.
