Process Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Process Manager to join our team. As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the management of incidents by quickly mobilizing the teams and third parties necessary for resolution.

  • Ensure that change implementation risk is understood and mitigated to increase the likelihood of successful implementation at first attempt.
  • Participate in CABs to identify major changes that can generate a significant business impact by anticipating possible prevention areas.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive actions that increase the percentage of changes that are implemented correctly first time and ensure that all changes are managed as planned within the timescales agreed with the change requester.

As a Process Manager, you will also be responsible for reporting to top management on the status of critical incident resolution and ensuring that agreed Request for Change (RFC) are entered correctly in the Change Control System.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Infrastructure and a strong understanding of SLA and ITIL methodologies.

They will also be familiar with change management systems and good knowledge of how to manage SLA's and KPI's.
