About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Happiness Manager to join our team at Reedsy. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to authors and publishing professionals, optimizing conversion rates, and contributing to the growth of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer support to authors and publishing professionals through various channels
  • Review projects submitted on our platform and provide feedback
  • Build customer funnels to reactivate users and introduce Reedsy's features
  • Maintain and update our FAQ based on user feedback and questions
  • Suggest product features based on user feedback
  • Contribute to maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Requirements
  • 5+ years of customer support experience
  • Experience automating support processes
  • Great understanding of on-boarding and conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong writing skills with perfect grammar and spelling
  • Native-level English speaker
  • Availability to work every other weekend
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working for a marketplace and/or in a creative industry
  • Fluent in multiple languages
  • A good dose of ambition, a willingness to learn, and a great sense of humor
