We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Reedsy.
About the role
You'll be responsible for offering support to authors and creative publishing professionals, optimizing conversion, and maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer support experience
- Experience automating support processes
- Great understanding of on-boarding and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
- Entrepreneurial minded
- Strong writing skills
- Native-level English speaker
- Availability to work every other weekend

- Offer support to authors and creative publishing professionals
- Review projects submitted on the platform
- Build customer funnels to reactivate users and introduce Reedsy's features
- Maintain and update our FAQ based on user feedback
- Suggest product features based on user feedback
