German Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a creative and innovative Junior German Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team at XTB, a licensed brokerage house in the European Union.
About the RoleAs a Junior German Speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing effective and professional customer support in German, handling telephone, email and chat requests from German speaking clients, and solving problems related to financial transactions and back office operations.
You will also assist with ad hoc queries, provide support for other departments, and maintain high quality of customer service, ensuring clients always receive good feedback.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and analytical skills. Experience in Customer Service will be a strong asset.
What We Offer- Full-time employment agreement with a competitive salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per year (depending on experience)
