What you'll achieve
As a Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Dell's products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales expert while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.
You will:
- Manage a few customers from Enterprise market segment (large companies) and occasionally support Outside sales
- Learn our segment and product/service offerings
- Position our company by explaining technical, industry and market information
- Join and collaborate with your colleagues from other teams (incl. pre-sales, specific line of business and channel department) to support the sales process

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree and graduated in 2024
- Fluent English AND Czech (or Slovak) language
- Good communication, customer relationship skills
- Basic knowledge of IT product portfolio,market knowledge and willingness to learn
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail and good time management
Desirable Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
