Job Description

Join our Travel & Expense Management team and help us to create delightful business travel experiences.

Your expertise will help streamline expense management, ensuring a flawless and cost-effective process that contributes to a positive and memorable travel journey for our colleagues

Core Responsibilities

  • Daily oversight and support associated with employee travel and expenses
  • Interaction with the employees from the whole EMEA region to ensure compliance with internal travel policies, both contacting them actively when required materials are missing or in case they would appreciate help to resolve payment issues
  • Usage of SAP travel platform that incorporates travel booking, expense reimbursement and reporting
  • Work closely with the team manager to drive efficiency and cost savings through analytics, reporting, auditing and training, create and provide training to assist employees
  • Coordination with the accounting team to ensure diligent processing of expense reports
  • Supporting a successful, customer- and service oriented atmosphere within the team
  • Supporting compliance of the company policies and procedures, and supporting operation of global, standardised and scalable processes
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring efficient workflow while adapting to different platforms / systems.

The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) is a shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations; Monterrey, Prague and Singapore. The purpose of the BSO is to build an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years. Joining this team means joining top professional environment where the focus is on quality, learning and collaboration.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Relevant professional working experience with Travel and Expenses processes
  • Experience with relevant ERP Systems, preferably SAP
  • Microsoft Office experience, especially MS Excel (knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP etc.)
  • Experience from Shared Service Center
  • Great teammate with a proactive approach and focus on customers
  • Knowledge of credit card system would be an advantage
  • Ability to travel 5-10 days in the period
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • It would be a plus if you can speak Vietnamese

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
