První česká celoplošná soukromá televize Nova zahájila své vysílání přenosem z Národního muzea v Praze dne 4. 2. 1994. Od té doby jsme prošli celou řadou změn. Dnes jsme součástí investiční skupiny PPF a jednou z nejmodernějších mediálních společností na českém trhu.

Pozice Customer Experience Manager u nás vzniká nově a bude klíčová pro naši snahu přivádět ještě více naše diváky do centra naší pozornosti. Role je v televizním světě unikátní, takže budete mít příležitost být průkopníkem ve změně způsobu, jakým televizní stanice komunikují se svým publikem. Zpočátku půjde o individuální roli, výhledově se počítá s vedením menšího týmu lidí.
Co budete dělat:Vypracovávat a implementovat strategii zaměřenou na zlepšení celkové zákaznické zkušenosti diváků TV Nova
Vytvářet a řídit kanály oboustranné komunikace s našimi diváky prostřednictvím různých platforem (sociální média, webové stránky, mobilní aplikace atd.)
Vytvářet a rozvíjet komunitu, která bude aktivně přispívat k tvorbě obsahu a dalších aktivit TV Nova
Sbírat, analyzovat a využívat zpětné vazby od diváků pro kontinuální zlepšování našich programů a služeb
Spolupracovat s týmy napříč celou společností s cílem reagovat na potřeby a očekávání diváků
Identifikovat a implementovat nejnovější trendy a technologie v oblasti zákaznické zkušenosti
Sledovat a reportovat klíčové metriky zákaznické zkušenosti
Minimálně 3 roky praxe v oblasti zákaznické zkušenosti, marketingu anebo podobné roli
Zkušenosti s řízením projektů
Schopnost analyzovat data a vyvozovat z nich závěry pro zlepšení zákaznické zkušenosti, znalost metodiky NPS
Pokročilou znalost anglického jazyka
Silné komunikační a interpersonální dovednosti
Inovativní a proaktivní přístup k řešení problémů
Znalost českého mediálního trhu a televizního průmyslu výhodou
