Hledáme mimořádně ambiciózní kandidáty/ky na pozici Exekutivní asistent/ka řídícího partnera. Tato pozice je součástí vysoce výkonného týmu, který má na starost komplexní zastřešení provozu sekretariátu řídícího partnera a spolu s ním úzce spolupracuje na budování projektu.

Popis pozice
  • Komplexně organizačně aadministrativně zajišťovat chod sekretariátu řídícího partnera aspolupracovat snejužším týmem seniorních partnerů kanceláře.
  • Organizační aadministrativní podpora řídícího partnera.
  • Každodenní zapojení dokomunikace aobchodní korespondence snejdůležitějšími klienty aobchodními partnery.
  • Aktivní podpora řídícího partnera adalších seniorních partnerů voblasti nabídky právních adaňových služeb, investičních řešení, marketingu, obchodních aktivit abusiness developmentu.
  • Organizace interních schůzek aschůzek sklienty, obchodními partnery ičleny vedení kanceláře.
  • Každodenní práce seCRM zadávání aspráva dat aneustálý rozvoj tohoto systému.

Požadavky
  • Zkušenosti na pozici osobní asistent/ka Managing Partnera nebo CEO (zkušenosti z prostředí advokacie nebo Professional Services výhodou).
  • Výborné organizační schopnosti a vysokou míru časové flexibility.
  • Odolnost vůči stresu a zvládání vysokého pracovního tempa.
  • Zodpovědný přístup k řešení úkolů, pečlivost a diskrétnost.
  • Velmi dobrou znalost práce na PC a s daty.
  • Komunikativnost a reprezentativní vystupování.
  • Plynulou znalost AJ.
