Sales Development Manager US

Responsibilities
This role requires driving end-to-end business opportunities with fast-growing businesses in the company's largest market segment. Key responsibilities include establishing strong rapport and technical vision at all levels of the customer organization, managing and developing large sales territories, maintaining and communicating sales forecasts and goals, advancing opportunities from business development and lead sources, and engaging in strong solution selling and C-level executive interactions. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Salesloft, and others is necessary.
Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a university degree in a business or technical field, has 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, and possesses excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and skilled in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Salesloft, and others. Strong solution selling, C-level executive engagement, and CRM tool expertise are required.
