About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Analyst to join our growing Data team. This role involves taking ownership of Go-to-Market (GTM) Analytics, working cross-functionally with stakeholders, and driving key decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own GTM Analytics: Develop and execute a roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and strategic objectives.
  • Build Dashboards & Reporting: Design intuitive dashboards to provide clarity and actionable insights into sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical skills to generate insights that inform and shape sales, marketing, and customer success strategies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
  • Drive Impact: Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes RSUs, annual bonus, multinational team environment, learning & development plan, and more.
