About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-savvy Partnerships & Business Development Manager to help us grow our presence across Europe, focusing on securing partnerships with tech companies.

This role will be responsible for establishing and managing corporate memberships, organizing on-demand events (such as hackathons), and creating new revenue streams for the community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and establish partnerships with tech companies across Europe, particularly in key markets such as London, Paris, and Berlin.
  2. Develop long-term relationships with companies to support our events by providing their office spaces, resources, or financial contributions.
  3. Create tailored corporate membership packages and other monetization strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition within the community.
  4. Secure sponsorships and funding from companies to drive business growth and community expansion.
  5. Identify new opportunities and services the community can offer to tech companies, beyond events and memberships.
  6. Continuously explore new revenue streams and ways to monetize partnerships.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the tech landscape and industry trends.
  • Excellent business development skills with a proven track record of securing partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Proactive, self-driven approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages such as French or German are a plus).
  • Ability to travel frequently across Europe.
