About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Antal. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding relationships with current customers by monitoring their usage and licensing requirements, identifying new business opportunities, and driving cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Meet or surpass new business revenue goals by managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and securing meetings to responding to leads, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with enterprise clients, prioritizing existing partnerships, representing the company professionally in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience at a key account or enterprise level, with proven ability to grow revenue by delivering new business and retaining and growing existing business, ideally in international organisations.
  • Fluent Polish and English is a must.
Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
