To achieve this, we are seeking a highly motivated and business-savvy Senior Business Development and Partnership Executive for European Tech to help us grow our presence across Europe, with a focus on securing partnerships with tech companies.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the tech landscape, excellent business development skills, and a passion for creating mutually beneficial relationships.

This role will be responsible for establishing and managing corporate memberships, organizing on-demand events (such as hackathons), and creating new revenue streams for the community.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including training budget, private healthcare, and small teams.

We continuously explore new revenue streams and ways to monetize partnerships, negotiate contracts and partnership agreements, develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to drive business growth and community expansion across Europe, and monitor the success of partnerships to optimize the approach.
