Technical Support Specialist

Job Description- Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to customers via phone calls and live chat requests
- Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Create excellent case notes to document issues for collaborative troubleshooting and resolution
- Communicate with customers in all mediums to meet evolving customer demand
- Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level)
- Aptitude to quickly learn basic technical concepts
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills
