Job Description
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to customers via phone calls and live chat requests
  • Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Create excellent case notes to document issues for collaborative troubleshooting and resolution
  • Communicate with customers in all mediums to meet evolving customer demand
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Key Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1 level)
  • Aptitude to quickly learn basic technical concepts
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks
  • Exceptional customer service skills
