We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Support Specialist to join our team at Ness Solution Sp. z o. o.

About the Role

As a Technical Business Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our clients, ensuring smooth system operations, and supporting business needs. You will be the go-to person for technical escalations while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing business requirements and assisting in estimating effort to recommend solutions that align with best practices
  • Converting business requirements into detailed technical specifications and collaborating with internal teams
  • Maintaining client documentation, system configurations, and release notes
  • Supporting release management activities to ensure smooth deployments
  • Ongoing support of APIs and real-time communications systems
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or business analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working with APIs and real-time communications
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
  • Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools
  • Experience in financial services software (a plus)
  • Basic programming knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL, C, C++, .NET, or UNIX/Linux (a plus)
  • Knowledge of the banking/payment industry
