We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Support Specialist to join our team at Ness Solution Sp. z o. o.
About the RoleAs a Technical Business Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our clients, ensuring smooth system operations, and supporting business needs. You will be the go-to person for technical escalations while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing business requirements and assisting in estimating effort to recommend solutions that align with best practices
- Converting business requirements into detailed technical specifications and collaborating with internal teams
- Maintaining client documentation, system configurations, and release notes
- Supporting release management activities to ensure smooth deployments
- Ongoing support of APIs and real-time communications systems
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or business analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with APIs and real-time communications
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools
- Experience in financial services software (a plus)
- Basic programming knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL, C, C++, .NET, or UNIX/Linux (a plus)
- Knowledge of the banking/payment industry
