Customer Support Specialist and Product Quality Advocate

Our team at B2B Soft is looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and accurate information about our products to existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities- Help customers with software and hardware configurations, billing, and merchant services-related requests
- Provide clear and complete documentation and notes on all service inquiries
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues, offering effective solutions
- Respond to support queries via phone, chat, and email
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall quality of our product by sharing feedback with relevant stakeholders. You will interact with US business owners, learn about the telecom industry, and embark on an IT career path within the organization.
Requirements- Fluent/advanced English (mandatory)
- Spanish as a valuable asset
- Ability to work night shifts (6 shifts: Kyiv time)
- An experienced PC user with general Microsoft Windows knowledge
- Existing technical background or strong desire to explore software and hardware products
- Training and time-management skills
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Understanding of conflict resolution
- Empathy, positive attitude, and self-control
