About the Role
As a Customer Experience Champion, you will be responsible for delivering fast and friendly technical support to our customers through various channels. You will be the voice of our customers, advocating for their needs and feedback to ensure we continuously improve and provide them with a delightful experience.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $82,000, along with equity in an early-stage tech company with immense growth potential. Our benefits package includes US Healthcare, Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k), Paid parental leave, Remote working flexibility, Apple hardware, and a budget for desk amenities. We also offer 25 days plus local holidays and exciting team off-sites in fun locations like Split, Barcelona, Lisbon, and Malta.
