About the Job

We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Reedsy, a marketplace connecting authors with top publishing professionals. In this role, you'll provide exceptional support to authors, optimizing their experience and ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer Support: Assist authors in navigating our platform, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Project Review: Carefully review projects submitted by authors, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  • Customer Funnels: Design and implement email and in-app messages to reactivate users and introduce them to our features.
  • FAQ Maintenance: Update our FAQ section based on user feedback and inquiries.
  • Product Suggestion: Provide input on new product features based on user feedback.
  • NPS Contribution: Collaborate in maintaining an high Net Promoter Score (currently 86).

Requirements:

  • Remote Work: Ability to work from home.
