About the Role
We are seeking an English customer support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fashion industry business partners' support team, you will be responsible for responding to emails and chat inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
- Serve as a primary point of contact for fashion industry business partners
Requirements
- C1 level English language proficiency
- Availability of 140 hours per month, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
- Ability to attend onboarding training
- Analytical skills and stress resistance
Benefits

- Hourly rate of 31 zł gross/hour
