About the Role

We are seeking an English customer support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fashion industry business partners' support team, you will be responsible for responding to emails and chat inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for fashion industry business partners

Requirements

  • C1 level English language proficiency
  • Availability of 140 hours per month, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
  • Ability to attend onboarding training
  • Analytical skills and stress resistance

Benefits
