Technical Support Specialist for Mailtrap.io and Coupler.io

**About the Job**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Railsware, providing top-notch customer support for our products: Mailtrap.io and Coupler.io.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer requests and issues via email, chat, and phone (if necessary), while maintaining a high level of communication and relationship-building skills. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional support experiences, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for helping customers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide timely responses to customer support requests via email and chat
- Verify accounts for spam/phishing prevention
- Independently solve client's requests and issues
- Answer non-standard questions and investigate possible solutions
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at the same time
- If necessary, initiate collaboration with the Product Owner or Development Team in search of possible answers and/or workarounds that can be suggested to a customer
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience working in technical/product support
- Advanced level of English: both written and spoken
- Excellent understanding of technology products and IT industry
- Good understanding of CRM systems and task management tools
- Strong willingness to help clients solve their product-related issues
