Product Support Specialist for Travel Technology

We are currently looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our team at Mobility Partners. This role is crucial in ensuring the stability of our solutions, providing support to partners, and driving product improvement.
Mobility Partners connects carriers, hotels, travel agencies, financial companies, online marketplaces, and other travel-related services through its SaaS products. Operating at the intersection of travel tech, fintech, and transport tech, we create seamless solutions for our partners.

This position is essential in working with reports: generating monthly reports from carrier sales systems for the finance department. Additionally, it involves close collaboration with development teams, customer support, and the sales department on product-related matters.
You will be responsible for operational management of software modules: adding, opening, and closing routes, updating statuses, informing partners about changes, canceling tickets, adjusting tariffs, and editing seat blocks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, an analytical mindset, and a readiness to tackle exciting challenges.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Required skills and qualifications include SQL, Jira, MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Office, CRM, CSS, HTML, PHP, Laravel, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and report creation.
