Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist with native or near-native proficiency in Slovak to join our team at XTB. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, while building strong relationships with clients.
About the Role- Provide support to Czech/Slovak clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with external branches and internal departments to address client concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Slovak language.
- Excellent knowledge of English language is a must.
- Higher education (may be in the final year) or relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
- A competitive salary range of $30,000 - $40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- Full-time employment agreement.
