Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing a go-to-market strategy for Folderly business development by utilizing the best outbound marketing practices.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop B2B messages for outreach;">
  • Operate a mailbox (or multiple mailboxes), sales tools, Google Workspace, CRM system (HubSpot), Notion, Slack, and Chrome extensions;">
  • Develop relationships with prospects based on solution-selling techniques;">
  • Enrich potential opportunities through internet research, social media monitoring, events monitoring, and any other sources necessary to achieve your goals;">
  • Book initial calls, build strong relationships with prospects for further collaborations;">
  • Schedule semi-automated, semi-manual email send-outs;">
  • Work in terms of dedicated KPI for each month and quarter;">
  • Forecast and suggest new ways or industries for business approach;">
  • Handle responses: work with objections, schedule appointments, follow-ups;">
  • Communicate with the Leads Research Team, BDRs, and the Sales Team.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

">
  • An Advanced level of English. Both writing and speaking (C1-C2 required);">
  • Been working in a client-facing role for 2+ years;">
  • Worked previously with EU and US clients;">
  • Experience with client management for products and in the tech community;">
  • A strategic and analytical thinker acquired with product cycle;">
  • A team player, self-driven for results, self-motivated, inspired by great tools and people;">
  • An open-minded individual with sharing creative ideas for new approaches to prospects;">
  • Solid self-organizational skills, attentive to details and workflow processes;">
  • Inspired by new information, workshops, tech-learning, and upgrading professional soft skills;">
  • Proven records (or references from your previous workplace) of achieved goals in a dynamic team;">
  • A dedicated problem solver and always complete a task if you are responsible for it;">
  • No hesitation to ask questions and upgrade your skill set.">

What We Offer
