Customer Support Specialist Implementation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist Implementation Expert to join our team at Capgemini Polska Sp. z o.o. As a key member of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for deploying and installing Property Management Systems to hotel properties across Europe. Your primary focus will be on providing remote and onsite training, system configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless implementation of our solutions.
Key responsibilities include liaising with hotel management teams, performing system issue resolution, and collaborating with internal and external support teams to address any support tickets. Additionally, you will be required to provide communication with other Implementation team members, including shift and task scheduling, and sign off on projects to ensure successful completion.
