We are a socially responsible business focused on sustainable development and charity. Our client company is an European manufacturer of natural health and beauty products, founded in 2016 by a couple who changed their lifestyle due to health issues.
The company specializes in producing dietary supplements, superfoods, teas, and natural cosmetics that are PETA-certified with vegan formulas and undergo independent laboratory testing.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated customer support specialist to provide excellent service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for customers via chats, emails, and calls.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting the most suitable products based on their needs, communicating effectively and empathetically to resolve customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong German language skills and excellent command of English;
- Good communication and empathy skills;
- Availability for training starting 1-2 weeks before the launch date;
- Ability to deal with sensitive customer conditions in a mature and supportive manner;
- Attentive to detail;
- A friendly and helpful attitude;
- Familiarity with PC systems to learn new platforms.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A probationary period of 2 months;
- A working hours schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EU time zone);
- Training for 1-2 weeks;
- 18 days of paid vacation and paid sick days;
- A remote work arrangement.
We offer a competitive salary range of €35,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience.
